Policies
At the time of booking we request that each client place a card on file. You are not required to use this card on file to pay for your service, it’s simply in case one of the policies is going into effect.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a fee of $200 will be charged to the card on file.
For no shows or no call/text the day of your appointment, 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card on file before your appointment can be rescheduled.
In an effort to stay on time for all appointments, if you are more than 20 minutes late you may be required to reschedule your appointment or we may need to alter what service you are scheduled for. There will also be a $100 late fee if more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time.
